Pamper time | Use of Peel off Mask with Tea Tree Oil

I'm always having breakout's every now and then. When it's too much I visit the nearest facial center. On my city we have Luz Facial Center as one one of the best facial centers out there. I've been visiting here for years now when I need facial cleaning. They remove blackheads that would cause pimples and they also remove cystic acne if they are already matured. After the procedure, you also have an option to make them put facial masks. My favorite is their peel off mask with tea tree oil. This helps tighten my pores and also helps fight acne. And yes! it's pamper time!

Tips on preventing Acne

Living life with oily face and having breakouts every now and then, I've tested different products and did few regimens to prevent acne. There are a lot of acne products in the market that would help cure acne but still we need to do something that would prevent having an acne in the first place. This is preventing it from within. There's a point in time that I was able to convince myself to go healthy on my food choices. As Asian, rice is always a part of a meal. I've tried to remove rice as a start since I've been gaining weight and I've noticed a change on my skin. I always have an acne one after another but this time is stopped. I just realized that minimizing carbs on your diet helps clear your skin! Of course this might differ from one person to another. I'll be trying to monitor if this would be permanent and will give updates soon. Ciao!

Get Rid of Oily Face

Having an oily face sucks. I'm on my late 20s now and i'm still suffering from oily face which resulted to few breakouts every now and then. After testing few products I've come to somehow manage it, not totally getting rid of it but somehow minimizing it. Here are the things that I've done to minimize oiliness of my face.

1. Oil Control Toner - Celeteque
2. Oil Control Facial Wash - Ponds (morning and evening)
3. Washing Face every now and then with mild soap
4. Using Matte foundation
5. Always ready with Loose Powder

Can't get rid of it due to hormonal problems but minimizing it is the best thing we can do for now.

So, good luck!

Fighting Acne with Exercise

Could exercise really help fight acne? Actually in a way yes, but how? This article is from buzzle.com. Know the benefits of exercise on your skin.

Daily exercise can be extremely beneficial to your overall skin health and can also help clear it of acne too.

Regular exercise increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the skin cells. When you sweat, your body expels toxins through the skin with ease from the opened pores. Sweating effectively cleans the pores from dirt, dead skin cells and excess sebum.

When you exercise, your kidneys and liver work more effectively in removing toxins from the body. Stress is also reduced from exercise and both of these are known causes of acne.

It is a good idea after exercising to take a shower. This washes away the sweat and any other waste material ejected from the body. It also prevents the growth of bacteria which is attracted to sweat.

After exercise be sure to drink plenty of water. Water is essential for ridding the body of toxins and to replace all the water lost from sweating. Acne has been shown to occur in people who aren't drinking enough water.

Almost all exercises are great and the more you sweat the better. Walking, jogging, cycling, swimming and team sports are all suitable. If you can, try to exercise outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine.

Swimming is excellent due to being in water which helps to fully cleanse the pores. It is important to rinse yourself after swimming to clean off the chlorine on your body which can leave your skin really dry.

One of the best exercises for acne is using a mini-trampoline. Jumping on a mini-tramp is beneficial for your lymphatic system. Your lymph is controlled by movement and operates best when exercising.

The lymph provides the cells with the nutrients it needs and is also responsible for removing and eliminating cell waste and toxins. If the lymph is insufficiently activated, the cells swim in their own waste which can block pores and when bacteria starts to grow in blocked pores it causes acne.

It has been reported that rebounding can increase the flow of your lymph by up to 30 times. It has also been stated that rebounding is possibly the best exercise ever invented because it has so many benefits.

Not only does exercise benefit the skin, it also has emotional and mental benefits. It is good for stress relief as stated earlier but also good for keeping the mind focused and active. Apart from exercise, proper sleep and relaxation are also good for reducing stress.

I've tried do many ways, including facial treatment, Not DERMA treatment because it's too expensive. I've also tried Proactive Solution but it doesn't work for me. Sometimes may acne fades but acne marks or scars remains for a very long time until I'm going to have acne again and my marks just keeps on increasing in number. Now, i really want to end this.

I did my research until I came up on Roaccutane (Isotretinoin), I became intrigued by this medication because I heard many good reviews about it. BUT it has also negative reviews. Side effects are common to those who took this drug. I'll be posting about Roaccutane in my future post. It was also said that dermatologists uses this medication as a LAST Resort. Meaning, you've tried different medications, including topical and others and nothing really works. PLUS you have really severe acne.
